The Toshiba CDM-9950, also known as VM4050, CDM-9950SP, or Audiovox CDM-9950, is a tri-mode clamshell cameraphone manufactured by Toshiba and released by Audiovox Communications Corp. in early 2004.

It was the first phone released by Audiovox with video recording capabilities.
