The Sony Ericsson K850 (codenamed Sofia) is a 3G candybar phone announced on 14 June 2007 and released in October the same year.

It is notable for being the flagship product in Sony Ericsson's K-lineup and the first Sony Ericsson phone outside of NTT DoCoMo to support microSD and microSDHC along with the traditional Memory Stick Micro (M2) and the first phone to support all major operating mode frequencies. It also introduces the usage of three touch-sensitive softkeys right under the display and a new-form navigation button, omitting the Ericsson T68's classic joystick.

One notable feature for this phone is the significantly increased 3G talk time (3 h 30 min) over its predecessors (K800/K810: 2 h 30 min).

The K850 was offered in Luminous Green, Velvet Blue and Quicksilver Black.
