The Nokia 6680 (type RM-36, codenamed Milla[1]) is a 3G Symbian smartphone announced on 14 February 2005 and released in March of the same year. It was marketed as an imaging phone for business use, as it was their first phone with a front camera.[2]

Despite its similarities to the more widely acclaimed N70, the 6680 was often criticised for its instability and meagre amount of available RAM compared to its Nseries counterpart.

Variants

  • 6681 (type RM-57, codenamed Cho): Variant without a front camera or 3G.
  • 6682 (type RM-58): US variant of the 6681 with different bands.
  • Vodafone 702NK II: variant of 6680 for Vodafone Japan (now SoftBank Mobile).
