Nokia 6060
The Nokia 6060 (type RH-73, codenamed Kowloon) is a basic dual-band GSM flip phone announced in June 2005.
It was intended to offer basic voice communication for a low price, with a stylish appearance. The price is mainly reflected in the lack of connectivity, as it doesn't have Bluetooth or infrared. As such, the only way to load applications or content on it is through the WAP browser, or with special equipment. The phone doesn't have an external display, but it includes a long pulsating red LED for notifications.
An interesting (and outdated) design choice of the 6060 is the inclusion of an external antenna. The phone was available in black, silver, red, and blue.
Variants
- 6061 (type RH-74): American version with different bands.
